Inviting Users to an Organization in Wherobots¶
Wherobots provides a seamless method for Admins to expand their team on the platform. If you're an Admin, you have the privilege to invite others to join your organization. This guide elucidates the process.
Step 1: Access Organization Info¶
- Upon logging into Wherobots with your "admin" role account, click on the menu icon situated in the top right corner.
- Choose "Organization Info" from the dropdown.
Step 2: Send User Invitation¶
- Locate and press the "Invite" button.
- Input the email address of the intended recipient in the given field and click "Invite".
Step 3: Signup & Verification by Invitee¶
- The invitee will receive an email carrying a distinctive link, which guides them to the Wherobots signup page.
Please do not share this invitation link with anyone. It is unique to the invitee and should remain confidential.
- Post-signup, they will receive a verification email with a verification code to authenticate their email address.
Step 4: Complete the Onboarding¶
- After successful verification, the invitee is free to log into Wherobots and explore.
- They can navigate to the "Organization Info" page (as per Step 1) to view the organization ID and other affiliated users.
